Meet Charlie...

I am a lifelong resident of Salina, Kansas. My parents, Joe and Betty Roth, raised me here along with my five brothers and sisters. After graduating from college I returned home in 1968 and joined the family business, Hines-Roth Clothing. My wife Marcy and I have raised our family here. We have three grown children and four grandchildren. We have had a good life living in the middle of Kansas and now is an opportunity to “give back” to the community that which has so freely been given.
